Discovery and Vision For Regional SuperBrand

The Entertainer, is the leading provider of buy one get one free incentives across
the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Europe. It has something to offer everyone and is regarded as an
essential annual purchase for thousands of local residents and tourists.

 

As part of their expansion and digital appraisal, RBBi was contracted to put
together a strategy and the scope for their new e-commerce platform and overall vision documentation.

Stakeholder Workshops

We started with stakeholder workshops as our first course of action. The aim was to get every major
stakeholder on board and listen to their expectations, ideas and pain-points from the current digital
presnece of the Entertainer.

 

In a structured requirements gathering exercise, RBBi captured all the essential information required
from the entire team to put together a vision for the future in a tangible milestone. Most importantly,
we brought in the user’s angle to whole vision to make sure the business requirements are aligned with
the user’s needs.

Final Vision Document

Final vision document had every aspect of the planned ecommerce platform and it’s
feature. Detailed analysis of existing digital presence, content overview, content sources, stakeholder
views and vision was documented along with CMS workflow, technical standards and vendor evaluation
criteria.
